Hi!! I am Bella. Im so thrilled for you individually or ​you and your partner to begin and COMMIT to ​this fitness journey. I have always had a love for ​fitness and living a healthy balanced lifestyle. ​Personally, I have had several weight fluctuations ​and inconstancies with food. I would love to share ​my knowledge and experience with you to your ​benefit so you can maintain the summer physique ​year round. I am dairy free so I understand any type ​of food restrictions. I have 2 years of experience ​being personally trained and 4 years of the gym on ​my own. I love the saying “IN TWO WEEKS ​YOU’LL FEEL IT. IN FOUR WEEKS YOU’LL ​SEE IT. IN EIGHT WEEKS, YOU’LL HEAR IT.” I ​can’t wait to be apart of this journey with you to ​help you achieve all your goals!

Hey guys! Im coach Dane! Im very happy YOU decided to make the ​change your body has been waiting for! A little about myself; I’ve been ​training for last 8 years. The first 2 I’ll be honest was rough figuring out ​how to manauver the gym and machines. The 4 years after I actually ​ended up hiring a coach myself to help understand why I was doing what ​I was doing and how it was working. After being so inspired in the fitness ​lifestyle and seeing how much I was able to change my own body, I ​decided that I wanted to help others accomplish the same goals I had set ​for myself, which were to build muscle, lose fat, and understand the ​process. So that brings me here! I’ve been personal training for the last 2 ​years and have loved every day of it! I can’t wait to dive into this journey ​with you!!
